Kaleiçi Old Town

Kaleiçi folds into Antalya behind old stone walls and Roman gates. Narrow cobbled lanes pass red tiled houses, carved balconies, small courtyards, and quiet mosques. The streets slope toward a bright harbor edged by cliffs and blue Mediterranean water.

Its charm comes from many ages sharing the same small maze. Roman arches, Seljuk minarets, Ottoman homes, and lively cafes sit close together. Visitors love the feeling of finding history at every turn. It stays in memory like warm light on old stone.

Hadrian's Gate

Hadrian's Gate stands at the edge of Antalya's old city, carved entirely from white marble. Three tall arched passageways rise above a worn stone street. Granite columns frame each opening with quiet elegance. The Mediterranean sun catches the pale stone and makes it glow.

Built in 130 AD to mark Emperor Hadrian's visit, the gate has survived nearly two thousand years. Its carved details and flanking towers remain remarkably well preserved. It opens directly into Kaleiçi, Antalya's winding ancient quarter. Passing through its arches, you feel history close around you like a quiet embrace.
