Weles Bar sits in Warsaw's city center with a deliberately underground character. The space is raw and low-lit, with concrete walls and a crowd that came to actually drink. Pawilony Nowy Świat is a cluster of small wooden kiosks lining one of Warsaw's most storied boulevards. By day it looks almost casual, with painted stalls, plastic chairs, and cold beer in hand. After dark, strings of lights flicker on and the whole strip transforms into a low-key open-air bar crawl.
